Team Building for Corporations and Businesses  

 

The Culinary Institute LeNôtre offers Team Building programs for corporations and businesses who seek avenues for professional development for their executives and associates. A typical Team Building usually runs for 3-4 hours in the early evening and includes group interaction and discussion, hands-on cooking and/or baking class, and a seated dinner with wine. The theme and menu of a Team Building are tailored to fit the customer's specific needs.

Team Building can also be converted to a birthday party, anniversary celebration or family reunions.

A minimum of 16 guests is required, and payment must accompany each reservation.

Description of training:

Balance timing and multi-tasking. Use ingredients (resources). Discover how and when to follow a recipe. Understand and follow instructions. Complete tasks timely.

Material to be used:

Kitchen and pastry knives and tools, spatulas, pots, pans, ovens, stoves, saucer pans, trays mixers, whiskers, scales, bowls.

Anticipated outcome of training:

Participants bond during pastry and cooking exercises. Cooking as a team encourages people to step out of their traditional roles and perform efficiently.

Follow up/monitoring of implementation of training that will be provided:

Risk, failure and success will be discussed. Adjustments will be made on the spot. Teams will learn cross/functional cooperation to meet organizational goals.
