Summer, Thanksgiving & Christmas Camps  

Summer Camp

Our summer, Thanksgiving & Christmas camps are a special opportunity for food enthusiasts who have the desire to learn about a rewarding international art. Class size is limited, and enrollment will be taken on a first come, first served basis, so make your reservation today. Summer, Thanksgiving & Christmas camp participants also receive a 10% discount on all items from our boutique the week of their workshop.

Course Objectives

  • Provide a first approach to cuisine and pastry by entering a hands-on apprenticeship laboratory environment.
  • Provide students with basic sanitation training.
  • Provide students with basic menu preparation skills.
  • Provide students with basic decorating and food plating skills.
  • Inspire students for a potential future career in the culinary arts.

Program Guidelines & Dates

  • Program hours: 9am-1pm, Monday-Friday
  • Cost: teens - $530, adults - $600 (price subject to change without notice)
  • Recipe handout and to-go dishes provided.
  • Kitchen utensils, chef hat, & aprons provided.
  • Safe non-skid shoes for kitchen required.
  • Class size is limited; enrollment will be taken on first come, first served basis.
  • Cancellations must be made 5 business days before the class begins for a possible refund.
