Students have the option of taking hands-on cooking or baking courses and academic courses in the morning, afternoon or in the evening or a combination of the three.

With hospitality courses and 85% hands-on lab experience in the first 2 quarters, students get an immediate feel for their future career.

We Save Students Time and Money

FAST TRACK SYSTEM for our Associate of Applied Science Degrees, in 80 weeks (8 quarters of 10 weeks) day students can earn an Associates of Applied Science Degree 18 months(instead of in 2 1/2 years in most schools). Think about the savings in cost of living.

In 120 weeks, students can earn two degrees: an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences in Culinary Arts and an Associate in Applied Sciences in Baking and Pastry Arts. This is 2 DEGREES in 2½ years. In most other colleges it may take up to 4 years to earn 2 degrees.
