What will I study while enrolled in an Associate in Applied Science Degree program?
The Associate in Applied Science programs consists of academic, hospitality, and hands on culinary lab courses for a total of 80 weeks of fast-track day classes (90 weeks in the evening).
What are the requirements for the Associate in Applied Science Degree program?
- Undergraduate Application for Admission form.
- Proof of High School graduation or GED (General Education Development) is required.
- College Transcripts (transcripts should be in a sealed envelope from the college that you attended) if you are applying to the AAS Degree program and are seeking transfer credits.
- Pay $50 application fee (for new students only).
- Enrollment fee of $50 to be paid upon acceptance.
- Have measurement taken for your uniforms in "La Boutique".
- Medical affidavit that student is in good physical health and will be medically capable.
- Have a picture ID taken.
- A tour of the campus.
- An entrance essay.
- Meet with the Admission Advisor.
- Meet with the Director of Enrollment.

- There are even more outside scholarships available for an Associate in Applied Science Degree than for a Diploma.
- The Culinary Institute LeNôtre accepts Federal SEOG allocation for students are dependent on your financial needs.
