Kris Bistro & Wine Lounge
Kris Bistro & Wine Lounge is a contemporary French bistro supporting and showcasing local growers, local artists, French wines, micro breweries and aspiring chefs.
The restaurant was created to help students build their real-time kitchen speed and restaurant organizational skills under experienced Certified Executive Chefs Kris Jakob and Matthew Lynn. Students practice their dining room management skills under the direction of industry veteran, Hussein Haddad.
