Chef Sebastien Bonnet, CEPC  

With over 16 years of experience in the culinary arts industry, Sebastien Bonnet is highly motivated and passionate about his art. Sebastien graduated from Westminster College in London with an advanced diploma in culinary arts and patisserie. Thereafter, Sebastien launched a culinary career across the globe from the United Kingdom to Spain and finally Mexico where he worked for the past four years as a Chef Instructor at the Culinary Institute of Mexico. Prior experience includes Pastry Chef at the 5 star hotel and restaurant One-O-One and Chef de Cuisine at the 4 star Sheraton Skyline Hotel in London, England. The Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNotre is proud to have Chef Sebastien Bonnet as a member of the faculty.
