With for over 20 years experience in the culinary industry, Chef Pierre Yves Le Bihan brings additional knowledge and professional maturity to our faculty. Chef Pierre Yves graduated with BA in Restaurant and Hotel Hospitality. Throughout his culinary career, he has worked across the globe from the United Kingdom, to South East Asia, to the Caribbean where he worked as an executive chef for the last six years.
