Top 10 Reasons Why We Are Your Best Choice

Number 10 Reason
Doors Will Open For You Worldwide

For the last 50 years, the prestigious LeNôtre name has been well-known throughout the world for quality French cuisine and pastry. The Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNôtre is a higher education institution which provides beginners and professionals with some of the best possible classical and innovative training in the culinary arts and hospitality industries. With our Diploma or Degree you will have an international passport. Welcome to a world renowned family of chefs.

Number 9 Reason
An Amazing Fast Track System To Save Time In Your Life

Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNôtre has designed a fast track training system – for example the Culinary Arts Diploma lasts 30 weeks (5 days per week, 7½ hour lab per day). This is amazingly fast; most schools need 1 year for a Culinary Arts Diploma with less recipes. Also, each Associate of Applied Science Degree (Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts) lasts 60 weeks with Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNôtre, instead of 100 weeks in most schools (for the same 108 credi in restaurant or bakery managements).

Number 8 Reason
More Recipes For Your Money / Get The Best Value

Practical courses in the cooking and baking labs include more recipes than any other schools we know of (20-30 feats of skill and recipes a week.) This is possible because the kitchen labs last 37.5 hours per week (5 days @ 7.5 hrs/day) and because of the small classes. Due to low overhead (we are not part of a chain paying franchise fee royalties) Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNôtre has one of the best values of all the culinary schools in the USA.

Number 7 Reason
Small Class Sizes To Receive A Quality Learning Experience

Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNôtre is dedicated to small classes with a low student-teacher ratio of 12 to 1 in kitchen labs. This allows for personalized instruction. By promoting confidence in students they learn more effectively, regardless if they are a career changer, or a career seeker, or just a food enthusiast.

Number 6 Reason
A La Carte At Your Speed / Tailored Programs To Fit Your Desires And Life Style

Number 4 Reason

Number 2 Reason
