Recipe of the Season - Summer 2007
Red Fruit Clafoutis
For 10 crème brulee ramequins
- 9 oz milk
- 4 oz cream
- 4 Eggs
- 7 oz sugar
- 1 drop of orange essence
- 16 oz berries
- Blend the milk, cream, eggs, sugar and orange essence together
- Split the berries between the 10 ramequins
- Pour the milk mix on the top of the berries
- Preheat your oven at 375°F
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes unti light brown color
- Serve either warm or cold
