Country tart with Swiss cheese
Makes 1 Tart for 8 People
Tart Shell
- 8 oz quiche dough
- Shape a 8 inches tart ring, cook it blind in preheated oven at 350° F
Garnish
- 2oz mushroom
- 2 oz onion
- 2 oz bacon
- 2 oz leeks
- 3 oz swiss cheese
- Sauté separately the oinion, bacon, leeks, mushroom
- Garnish the shell with the vegetables and the cheese
Custard
- 3 Eggs
- 3 oz milk
- 3 oz cream
- Salt, pepper, coriander
- To make the custard , blend eggs milk cream salt pepper and coriander together
- Pour the custard over the vegetables and cheese, bake at 350°F until the custard becomes golden in color (approximately 30 minutes)
- Blend, add the vegetables, cheese and flan in the precooked tart shell
