Chocolate Mousse

 

150 grams butter

50 grams egg yolks

150 grams egg whites

60 grams powdered sugar

300 grams Dark chocolate

 


 

 

 

 

     

1. Melt the chocolate and add the butter.

2. Mix the egg yolks in the chocolate with the whisk.

3. Fold in the whipped egg whites, tightened with the sugar.

4. Let it cool down in the fridge for about 4 hours before enjoying.
